Deployment of a large al-Nujaba unit to clear the Iraqi-Syrian border

A large unit of the 12th Division of the Popular Mobilization Forces, consisting of fighters of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement was deployed to al-Anbar governorate.

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, following the deployment of a number of American forces in the border areas of Iraq’s Anbar governorate near Syria, the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement deployed its fighters to the area.

These trained fighters were sent to al-Anbar in the form of a large unit of the 12th Division of the Popular Mobilization Forces to clear the Western Desert and the borderline from the remnants of Takfiri terrorism.

It is worth mentioning that the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement had warned many times before that the American forces were trying to consolidate their occupation under the pretext of fighting Daesh, while they give refuge in terrorists on their bases.

According to the official spokesman of al-Nujaba, about 20,000 American troops are currently present in Iraq, which is a serious threat to both the territorial integrity of the country and its neighbours.
