The secretary-general of al-Nujaba spoke live on the developments in Iraq, Syria and Yemen in the studio of the special news talk show. He also unveiled American-Zionist plans for the region.

 

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, the program “Special News Conversation” on Saturday night (November 24, 2018) on the role of Islamic countries in international developments with the presence of Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement on IRIB’s Channel 2.

The defeat of the United States and the formation of a people’s government in Iraq

Regarding the situation in Iraq after Daesh, the secretary-general of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement said, “The United States and its agents are trying to influence the economic and social situation in Iraq but the people were able to defeat the American plan and form the Iraqi government.”

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi continued, “The goal is to form the Iraqi government, and we in al-Nujaba Movement, although we did not have a candidate in the elections, but we support the political process and the formation of the government. The new Iraqi government is powerful, as described by the religious authorities. This government can stand against the American plan and prevent the intervention of the United States in the region. American companies are trying to plunder Iraqi resources and seek to implement the American plan but the resistance of the people did not allow them to do so.”

 

The sedition of the United States and the sedition of Daesh

He added, “We see that the Americans and the arrogant forces have long invested in sedition in Iraq and are trying to advance their goal with the forces in Iraq and create a rift between the communities but the new government Iraq must stand against the wills that demand the separation of Iraq and establish the foundation of this country, which is based on national sovereignty, and pay more attention to the Iraqi people.”

The senior commander of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq said regarding the role of this resistance in defeating Daesh and who supported Daesh in Iraq, “There is ample evidence that countries such as the United States and the United Arab Emirates supported Daesh in Iraq. American leaders have explicitly stated their support for Daesh and do not deny it.”

Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi stated, “The Americans are defending the remnants of Daesh in Iraq and Syria and do not want the role of this group to end, they support the groups that broke away from Daesh. That is, groups that are affiliated with al-Qaeda. Evidence of the United States’ support for Daesh is clear. The United States’ government supports the bloodshed in the world, including the killings of the Palestinian people, Yemen and what is happening in Afghanistan and Syria.”

In response to the question, “what is happening in Syria at the moment?” he said, “The victory that happened in Syria was very big and the plan of big countries like the United States was defeated and the Americans are looking for another plan after their defeat and they want the weak countries to be under their support and domination. The United States wants to insult the countries and then plunder their resources, a policy that is also pursued in Syria.”

The secretary-general of al-Nujaba said, “After the defeat of Daesh in order to serve this very important plan of the West, the United States wanted to create a new Saddam regime in the colour of Daesh, and we saw that a regime worse than Saddam emerged, which was accompanied by killings, imprisonment and crimes. The regime that received the most support in Iraq against Iran was Saudi Arabia.”

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi stated, “The Americans do not want the people to be intellectually aware, they want to keep the countries of the region at a low level so that they can advance their goals.”

 

The dynamism of Arba’in thwarted the plan of the schismatic enemies

Asked why some differences between Iran and Iraq are being provoked, he said, “It is very clear that the American goal is to create dissension. The relationship between Iran and Iraq is very ideological and historical. Saddam’s regime tried to create dissension between Iran and Iraq and the United States is currently pursuing this goal by exerting pressure and imposing hunger.”

The secretary-general of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement emphasized that a group had been mobilized before Arba’in to create a rift between Iran and Iraq and said, “These individuals were affiliated with the hypocrites, some groups and people affiliated with the American embassy, who, according to an obvious agenda, tried to create dissension between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Iraq were also defeated. This dynamism ‎made us happy and brought the relations between the two countries closer.”

 

Traces of the Zionist regime in Daesh

In another part of the program, Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi pointed out that the traces of the Zionist regime can be seen in the Daesh group and added, “The Zionist regime tried to displace the Palestinian people in order to create a country based on colonialism. Some Arab countries are trying to normalize their relations with the Zionist regime, while the regime supports the Takfiri groups.”

Pointing out that the Islamic Resistance makes the Islamic ummah proud, he said, “The battle in Yemen against the group is not clear rather, it is against the whole nation of Yemen. The Takfiri groups are supported by Wahhabism and Saudi Arabia. They are fighting the Muslims by creating terror and Takfiri groups on behalf of the Zionist regime. Therefore, Daesh was also fighting on behalf of the Zionist regime in the region, which was defeated.”

 

Quagmire of Yemen

He explained that the United Nations’ silence on Yemen is strange and horrible and said, “The Iraqi people express their solidarity with the Yemeni people. Unfortunately, we are witnessing the savagery of the aggressor countries towards the Yemeni people. Great victories have taken place in Yemen that have not been covered by the Western and foreign media and the arrogant countries are stuck in the quagmire of Yemen.”
