General Soleymani visits al-Nujaba fighters in Albu Kamal, Syria + Photos

The al-Nujaba Command Centre in Syria announced the intrusive presence of the commander of the Quds Force among the fighters of this Islamic Resistance group in the border town of Albu Kamal.

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, the Syrian army and Islamic Resistance forces continued their advance since last week and succeeded in expelling the Daesh Takfiri terrorists from the city of Albu Kamal and were able to thwart all the attacks of this terrorist group to retake the city.

For months, the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance movement had planned to liberate Albu Kamal by deploying two brigades of its fighters on the Iraqi-Syrian border, which played a significant role in these conquests.

Following the clashes in Albu Kamal and the escalation of these clashes, the commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was present among the fighters of al-Nujaba and met with the field commanders of the Islamic Resistance movement.

During this intrusive presence, Major General Qasem Soleymani was closely acquainted with the latest developments and the future plans of the Islamic Resistance Front for the complete liberation of this strategic region.

He also emphasized the principles of jihad and resistance and called the final victory of Islam and the Front of Truth.

It is worth mentioning that the border town of Albu Kamal is located in the Syrian governorate of Dayr al-Zawr, which due to its proximity to the Iraqi border, is considered one of the key highways of the Daesh Takfiri terrorists for communication between Iraq and Syria and their last headquarters in Syria.
