HI al-Kaabi: Resistance that is not on the path of al-Quds is deviant

At the end of the Second International Conference of Resistance Scholars in Beirut, the secretary-general of al-Nujaba stated, “If the compass of resistance is in a direction other than al-Quds, that resistance will be distorted and its true values ​​will be lost.”

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of al-Nujaba, stressed at the closing ceremony of the second conference of the International Union of Resistance Scholars in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, “The Islamic Resistance must keep the holy city of al-Quds (Jerusalem) as a symbol of all resistance in the world. If it turns in a direction other than the path of al-Quds, that resistance will be distorted and its true values ​​will be destroyed.”

The senior official of the Popular Mobilization Forces said about the ominous consequences of the existence of the Zionist regime, “It is necessary for the Islamic ummah to know that all the destruction in the world and our need for resistance in Palestine, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Bahrain is only because of this cancerous tumour that has been implanted in the body of the Muslim ummah.”

He also criticized some views on the indifference to the issue of Palestine and said, “It is naïve to think that one is far from what is happening in Palestine because all events affect each other and this affects people even outside of the Arab and Islamic world.”

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi went on to describe the promise of the Balfour Declaration as a “sinister promise” and said, “This promise is the source of all the calamities that have befallen Palestine, Arabs and Muslims over the past century.”

His Eminence also reacted to the recent remarks by Theresa May and said, “Instead of apologizing, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom said in a meeting in the House of Commons that we are proud of our role in creating the government of Israel.”

He added that the United Kingdom had presented the text of the Balfour Declaration to the President of the United States [Woodrow Wilson] to announce its agreement before publication and European and Western governments had agreed to it. The League of Nations also agreed, and although the Arab countries had declared their principled position to be hostile to this regime, they tried to establish secret relations with this regime, which has gradually become apparent today and the statements of the Zionist leaders as well as the American documents that have recently been taken out of secrecy have exposed these countries.”

In conclusion, Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi referred to Riyadh-Tel Aviv relations and said, “Israel and Saudi Arabia both need each other, especially in the light of the region’s situation, and both have many common interests.”
