Unpublished image of the “Martyr of Ashura” with the Secretary-General of al-Nujaba

Martyr Sadiq al-Shammari, a contemporary of Ashura al-Husayn, was shot dead by Daesh Takfiri terrorists of during the operation to liberate al-Hawijah in Iraq.

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, the martyr Luay Sadiq al-Shammari, known as “al-Warith” (The Heir), was a photojournalist who worked for the War Media Unit of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance, was located and martyred on the day of Ashura al-Husayn (October 1, 2017) by Daesh terrorists.

The above photo, which has been published here for the first time, shows Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of al-Nujaba, and Martyr al-Shammari together.
