Hadi al-Amiri meets with the secretary-general of al-Nujaba in Baghdad + Photo

The two senior commanders of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces met and talked after a successful operation to clear the strategic city of Mosul of terrorists.

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran‎, Hadi al-Amiri, the secretary-general of the Badr Organization of Iraq, met with Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of the al-Nujaba Islamic resistance movement, at al-Nujaba’s headquarters in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad for discussions on relevant issues.

The parties in the meeting, which was held without the presence of members of the media, examined the recent victories of the Islamic Resistance fighters against the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group, especially in the large-scale operation to liberate Mosul.

Other highlights of the meeting were “the need to pay attention to the post-defeat phase of Daesh” and the “need to eradicate terrorism in the liberated areas.”

The two senior commanders of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces ‎strongly praised the unity of the Popular Mobilization Forces in the battles and strongly condemned the aggression against this military organization by internal and external parties.

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi also stressed the continuation of the struggle of the al-Nujaba Islamic resistance movement against Daesh and their terrorist ideology until their complete victory and the cleansing of all Iraqi lands from the filth of their existence.
