Official Spokesman of al-Nujaba:

The security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces are facing a conspiracy by the Iraqi ‘political Daesh’

Referring to the new atmosphere against Iraqi fighters, Sayyid al-Musawi stressed that the Iraqi security forces and Popular Mobilization Forces ‎are facing conspiracies by politicians who support Daesh terrorism.

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran, Sayyid Hashim al-Musawi, the official spokesman of al-Nujaba delivered a speech on July 5, 2017, in which he praised the efforts of the Iraqi security services and said, “The country’s security agents have taken all the hardships to save lives and property.”

Sayyid al-Musawi referred to the internal order of al-Nujaba made a few days ago to require unconditional and complete cooperation with the security forces stationed at checkpoints and other parts of the country and said, “The orders were issued to restrict the groups and identify the offenders.”

He added, “Pro-terrorism groups are seeking to use outlaws to create disorder and bloodshed in the country.”

The official spokesman of al-Nujaba also clarified the future duties of the fighters of the Popular Mobilization Forces ‎and said, “The role of the Popular Mobilization Forces after the destruction of Daesh will be to cooperate with security organizations to maintain law and order.”

Sayyid al-Musawi added, “Security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces are facing a conspiracy by politicians who support Daesh terrorism.”

He said that a security war against the nation is more difficult than a war on the battlefield and added, “We (as the Popular Mobilization Forces) will be the link between the security forces and the people to maintain the public security of the community and government organizations.”

The official spokesman for al-Nujaba strongly condemned any attack on the security forces and their failure to carry out their orders.
