Secretary-general of al-Nujaba warns Al Khalifah:

Attacking Ayatollah Isa Qasim will lead to a response from al-Nujaba

 

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi warned against the trial of Ayatollah Isa Qasim and the assault on him, saying that the movement reserves the right to respond to any assault on him.

 

According to Fars News Agency’s international department, Hujjat al-Islam Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of Iraq’s al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement, warned the Bahraini regime about the trial of the Bahraini Shi’ah leader in a special interview with the country’s LuaLua TV.

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi stated, “In the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement, like many Islamic Resistance groups and Shi’ahs in the world, we have the right to respond to the attack on Ayatollah Qasim.”

He added, “Ayatollah Isa Qasim is not just a Bahraini religious authority, he is one of the great scholars of Shi’ism and the world and the attack on him by the Bahraini regime is an attack on all Shi’ahs.”

He added, “The movements in Bahrain were peaceful and if a decision was made to adopt a military option, there would be no Bahraini regime left and neither this regime nor its supporters, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates or any government, would be able to resist one day.”

 

The Arab League did nothing for Palestine

Criticizing the Arab League, he said, “This union is financially supported by Saudi Arabia and the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, and for this reason, it is a tool in the hands of these countries and has not done anything for the Palestinian and Muslim nations.”

The secretary-general of al-Nujaba said, “Ayatollah Isa Qasim is greater and higher than the plots against him. We hope that he will be a ‘safety valve’ for the Bahraini people.”

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi warned that if the Bahraini regime takes orders from outside and continues its previous arrogance and actions, it will have unpleasant consequences.

He added, “If the Bahraini regime continues its foolishness and implements the orders of Saudi Arabia, it will undoubtedly be destroyed and will never find an opportunity to find a solution.”

The prominent commander of the Popular Mobilization Forces also mentioned the presence of Saudi troops in Bahrain and said, “Saudi Arabia entered Bahrain with a large force and brutally helped the Al Khalifah regime in suppressing the people of this country.”

Hujjat al-Islam al-Kaabi continued, “The Bahraini Revolution started peacefully, but the regime of this country confronted the legal demands of the people with the power of weapons.”

It is worth mentioning that the Al Khalifah regime is scheduled to try Ayatollah Qasim, the leader of the Shi’ahs in this country, tomorrow, Sunday [May 7, 2017], on false charges of money laundering and acting against national security.

The regime has already revoked Ayatollah Qasim’s citizenship.

Bahrain is witnessing street demonstrations these days in protest of his trial and the revolutionary forces and the Council of Scholars of Bahrain have warned against attacking Ayatollah Qasim.
